"Old School" Another Name for Godly Wisdom

We are Pastors Melvin and Felicia Wallace of the Light of the World Church of God, located in Hagerstown, Md striving to be a "Beacon of Light" in the lives of those who are lost, battered, and struggling for the basic necessities (food, shelter, and clothing).

Each week we build a sanctuary of hope to spread the love of Jesus Christ to those hurting, battling addictions, enduring financial hardships, and those separated from their family and friends, often not of their own making.

Our hearts are concerned and burdened for our young people, our families, our communities, and our Nation. Over the past three years we have witnessed the untimely loss of loved ones, the onset of illnesses, sudden financial ruins, isolation, broken family relationships and even the end to friendships for many of us.

The plights are real and far-reaching. Yet, we remain encouraged for we know with God's help and at his appointed time, we will reclaim the love within our families, our churches, our communities, and our Nation.

We each need only to do our part in spreading messages of hope and encouragement to get us talking again. Will you help us continue to "Shine the Light"?
