About this campaign

The Oldfather Film Festival & Gala is an event being held by students, for students, and this 2024 year will be its premiere running! Because of this, the festival director, Jillian Markway, is funding the festival out of pocket. We want to make this event the best it can be for our students (its all about celebrating the students' hard work!) and your donation would be incredibly helpful with making this happen this year and maybe make it even better next year!
We have to sell at least 18 shirts to get the products shipped and to start fundraising, help share this with your friends and family!

Wondering why it is called the Oldfather Film Festival? Well, that's because it is being operated by Oldfather Film Club Exec Crew. Oldfather Film Club is a professional development film club founded by Jillian Markway and Allison Ruschill in 2023. The club has since helped connect students to other students, professionals, and even jobs. There are weekly meetings, bonding events, workshops, and more! The current Exec Crew are Leah Tarwater, Maya Perez, Jordan Nevels, Katie Showe, Alexa Schwartz, Sophie Sanders, Jack Newlin, Allison Ruschill, and Jillian Markway.
