About this campaign
Where were you on March 23rd, 2003? Don't remember? The Marines, Sailors and their family members will never forget. Not for fame or reward, not for place or for rank, not lured by ambition or goaded by necessity, but in simple obedience to duty as they understood it. These men suffered all, sacrificed all, dared all and died. March 23, 2018 will be the 15th Anniversary of the Battle of An-Nasiriyah, the first major engagement of United States Marines in the Iraq War and remains one of the sharpest engagements to date.
Help us preserve the history, honor our fallen, support our wounded and promote camaraderie of those that fought in the Battle of An Nasiriyah.

Over 600 of those who were able to attend the 10Yr Reunion at the Marine Corps Museum autographed this map (below) of the City of An Nasiriyah, including Ret. Lt. General Natonski. Several artifacts from the battle were also donated to the US Marine Corps History Division and many personal stories about the deploymentwere also recorded by the Oral History Dept.
Having thesereunions are steps in the right direction fordocumenting, recording and remembering the stories of those who served,fought and those who gave their lives. Many who fought in the Battle of An Nasiriyahcontinued to serve and deploy and sacrifice their lives duringmultiple tours to Iraq & Afghanistan.Help us to continue to honor all ofour veterans, gold star families,service men and women. May we never forget the precious sacrifices they made and continue to make for us daily.
