Operation Smile Fundraiser - Jake Hoang

My name is Jake Hoang.

I am starting this campaign in order to support Operation Smile, which is a charity that revolves around healing cleft lip and cleft palate. I have set the goal to raise a minimum of $1200. Through this charity, this amount will provide 5 children with surgeries to repair their cleft lip and cleft palate ($240 per surgery). This low cost is a result of generous medical physicians volunteering their skill set and time to this organization. In other words, I am trying to "heal smiles, and change lives" for AT LEAST 5 children.

I am pursuing this project as a future medical student, and I chose this particular organization due to their connection with kids. I am currently leaning towards pursuing the field of pediatrics, and truly want to make a difference.
