About this campaign

We will be working through Hippo Valley Christian Mission and sending a team to our sister church in Triangle, Zimbabwe to help assist in leading a Vacation Bible School for the kids, a revival for the adults and will also assist an orphanage in Chiredzi, Zimbabwe. The shirt features a Baobab tree which grows in dryer areas in sub-Saharan Africa, and is a common icon in Zimbabwe. Included in the tree is "Jeremiah 17:7-8" which will be the central theme for our teaching on the trip.

Pathway began partnering with Hippo Valley Christian Mission in 2016 by sponsoring close to 30 children through their Living Proof program (a program that educates, clothes and develops leaders in poorer more rural areas of Zimbabwe). We sent our first team to Zimbabwe in 2017 to host a number of VBS programs in area schools, preach in churches and run the annual Living Proof Teacher Conference. Our goal is to continue to build on the relationships we have in Zimbabwe and help equip and train them to reach their own people for Christ.
