This is a picture of a broken heart our six year old son Jasper drew the day I found out I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma that had metastisized to my lymph nodes, lungs, and bones. He said he drew it because Daddy and I always look broken hearted today. With tears in my eyes I had to explain to my six year old that his dad and I weren't upset with him but we were sad and brokenhearted because I was very sick. We decided that Jasper's drawing could be made into a logo for a t-shirt to help our family with expenses during this difficult time and that other women who are fighting breast cancer can purchase one for their children if they like the design as well.
