About this campaign
Our mission is to be a resource and advocate for senior dogs and senior people on California's Central Coast. We find loving homes for dogs whose guardians can no longer care for them and for senior dogs in shelters.
POMDR was founded in 2009. We are a resource and advocate for senior dogs and senior people. In five years, we have rescued close to 800 senior dogs left behind and have helped over 200 pet guardians keep their pets in the home. Our website is www.peaceofminddogrescue.org. One of our volunteers created this whimsical painting of dogs in a truck which represents our desire to save them all.
