About this campaign
ACTHA is a non-profit 501c3 whose mission is to support unwanted horses and other equine based non-profits (rescues, therapy centers, etc.) and to keep horses in secure homes by providing a viable venue of activity which is affordable for the entire family. Trail Horses ARE our super power!
The American Competitive Trail Horse Association (ACTHA) takes a pro-active role in addressing the unwanted horse crisis through creating a venue where any horse of any breed or discipline can be registered for life and earn achievement awards and medals. Through training and the development of new skill sets, ACTHA creates value, distinction and recognition for our registered horses. The emphasis of our fun, obstacle based competitions is excellence in horsemanship and in the partnership between horse and rider. ACTHA is the largest holder of equine events in the USA and is growing in Canada. A portion of each member rider entry is donated to a qualified charity, in most cases a horse rescue organization. To date, ACTHA has donated over $500,000 to 500+ charities currently registered with ACTHA. We welcome you in joining our Cause!

I ride my horses most days and consider it my exercise for the day... and theirs. They look forward to it and like the routine. Some people have to catch their horses, but mine come running!
