About this campaign
About this campaign
Brienne Allan, brewer and production manager, formerly of Noch Brewing, who goes by @RatMagnet on Instagram initiated a movement after sharing stories submitted to her by women in the beer industry about their experiences with sexism, sexual harassment, assault and discrimination in the workplace. 100% of the proceeds of this shirt will be donated directly to Brienne and Ash Eliot of Women of the Bevolution to support their efforts and funds to assist survivors, develop programs (including grants for women and non-binary entreprenuers in brewing) and provide more resources to the community through initiatives like the Brave Noise global beer collab. Show your support and join the AntiSexist, AntiRacist, ProEquality Beer Club.

About Brienne Allan
Brienne Allan, is a professional brewer (formerly of Notch Brewing) with over 9 years of experience. She has held chapter lead roles with Pink Boots Society in the Boston area. In late May 2021, Allan after sharing her own story about sexism in the industry, she asked her Instagram (@RatMagnet) followers if they had ever experienced sexism in the beer industry. She received hundreds of stories from women who have faced gender discrimination, sexual harassment, harassment and racism. Since then, thousands of stories have been shared online, which has created a #MeToo movement in the beer industry. With the Brave Noise collaborative brew initiative, she hopes breweries will join her in advocating for change and develop resources to best support beer industry professionals and customers.
