Wild horse population can be controlled with birth control. This has been proven on privately owned wild horse sanctuaries. It's better to manage the herds on our public lands and it's time to stop terrorizing these animals by rounding them up.
These beautiful animals deserve better than this horrific treatment.
I consider it to be of utmost importance, it's at a critical stage, it really cannot wait. These animals cannot be resurrected once killed.
