About this campaign

Venezuela's Voice in Oregon, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in the State of Oregon, is proud to celebrate our 10th anniversary this year! We've decided we needed to celebrate our community in a big way! This T-shirt is a great way to show your pride in both Venezuelan and Oregonian heritage—a unique blend that is special and meaningful! We are proud to be part of this community and appreciate your support as we approach the end of 2025.

The price of each T-shirt includes a $10 donation to Venezuela's Voice in Oregon. You also have the option to make an additional donation. All funds will go toward funding our scholarship program to support three Latina students in their college studies.

We are deeply grateful to everyone for supporting us, whether during the end of the year or year-round celebrations.

Venezuela’s Voice in Oregon, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in the State of Oregon in March 2014, started as an initiative of a small group of Venezuelans in Oregon. The organization has grown steadily with the help of families, friends, and generous volunteers. This organization aims to provide opportunities for connection, empowerment, cultural awareness, and leadership, for the Venezuelans residing in Oregon and their communities. Building and sustaining a strong community of Venezuelans in Oregon is a primary objective of this organization, especially since the unstable political and economic situation in Venezuela for the past several years has become a major barrier for Venezuelans in Oregon to go back to their country to raise their families and contribute to the well being of their nation.

In addition to our Culture program, Venezuela’s Voice in Oregon has donated to 50 organizations in various Venezuelan states since 2014. These organizations include hospitals (for pregnant women, cancer patients, and children), elderly centers, specialized health care centers, community-based organizations, NGOs, and foundations. Venezuela's Voice in Oregon highlights educational attainment as one of our three foundational pillars. As a feminist and inclusive organization, we believe access to education is a right for Venezuelan and other Latina women in Oregon. Therefore, since 2017, our organization has donated $21,000 towards the Latino/Hispanic College Student Scholarship in collaboration with the Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber. Our scholarships have supported several Latina women living in Oregon.
