PT Day of Service - October 10th, 2020

PT Day of Service (PTDOS) began in 2015 as a movement to incite and inspire physiotherapists, physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, PT/PTA students, and family and friends around the world to provide local service for a global effect. Since inception, PTDOS has grown exponentially with service projects occurring yearly in countries all over the world and in all 50 states across the United States. To our knowledge, PTDOS is the first global day of service coordinated by a whole profession.

PTODS’s parent organization is Move Together (a 501(c)3 organization). Move Together's mission is to increase access to quality rehabilitation medicine around the corner and around the world. Every person who participates in PTDOS empowers Move Together to fulfill its mission in communities near and far. When donating to PTDOS or collaborating on projects within your community, you are promoting physiotherapy, its impact in each community, and making visible the essence of service that has been within the PT profession since the very beginning.
