Quinn's Crew 2024

We are walking to honor our heart warrior Quinn and all the brave heart warriors in our community! Quinn’s journey began when she was only 3 hours old. After birth a heart murmur was noted, but we were told not to be alarmed. Little did we know that in a few short hours our world would be turned upside down. Quinn was rushed to the NICU at OSF Children’s Hospital. Here we would learn she had several heart defects including critical pulmonary stenosis, right ventricular atresia, and an atrial septal defect. She was going to need open heart surgery to stay alive. But here we are now…8 years later…2 open heart surgeries (her 3rd on the horizon), 6 cath procedures and thriving! Quinn is our miracle baby and because of the care she received and continues to receive at OSF Children’s and the Congenital Heart Center, Quinn is doing AMAZING!
