#Relentlesslygay T-Shirt Fundraiser Design #1

  Artist Nikki Knez designed these t-shirts with one thing in mind... supporting Julie and her family through solidarity and using the raised funds to give back to Baltimore in a positive way. We were all inspired to use this now national and international story to help our city fight this sort of discrimination and make a difference. For me personally, Julie lives less than 10 minutes away from my family and I. I knew immediately that something had to be done to support her and promote positivity!

I have personally been in contact with Julie and several of her close friends. Aside from these t-shirts, I am also working with contacts in Baltimore City to have a party that will also raise more funds to help support the exact causes that this cruel "neighbor" wanted to complain about. This individual spoke hateful words in the name of Christianity, which couldn't be any less Christ-like.
 
This shirt is one of two designs that will be available. This particular shirt's proceeds will go to support the only drop-in shelter for LGBTQ youth in Baltimore, the Youth Empowered Society: YES Drop-in Center. Many of the 20-30 children who drop in and stay at this shelter each night  have been kicked out of their homes simply because they are who they are. Julie's lights were simply an expression of love that she and her family members created together. It was her being who she is. What better way to show love than by donating much needed funds to this very worth cause? During the riots in Baltimore earlier this year, part of the youth center was damaged by looting. These funds will truly go a long way!
