We lost Andrew suddenly 3 years ago on August 25, 2023. While Andrew accepted this as a possibility of his military service, the reality of his absence from our lives is heartbreaking. But the love we shared as a family didn't leave or go away, it transformed, and continues. We are continuing Andrew's legacy through caring for others via these fundraisers and soon to come through The Sunward Climb Foundation.
The first year our community wrapped us up and raised funds and resources to aid and sustain us. The second year we decided to give some of that kindness back, raising money for causes aligned with Andrew's values. Last year for a local family/children homeless shelter, this year for a new local non-profit supporting veterans and first responders. Valor Farms provides equine therapy helping those who served find healing, connection and peace through horses.

I had the honor of meeting Simple Jack a few times when he would fly his Hornet into KLGB on training missions. He is one of the many people who helped me on a mission I have going on and flew my American Flag for me in his jet. Thank you Simple Jack
