About this campaign
DAWG has been rescuing dogs in need for 24 years. We go above and beyond, and then we go further to help our dogs become healthy and to find their forever homes. A rescue dog, no matter what age, shape, or size, deserves a healthy, fulfilling life. DAWG is so passionate about rescue that your donation will not only support our group, but also makes a statement to the world that you support rescue groups everywhere.

DAWG makes a promise to every dog that comes through our gates: We will do whatever it takes to protect you, to keep you healthy, and to find you a loving home. Wolverine is a great example of the lengths we will go to for our dogs. Wolverine came to us as a six month old puppy. We treated him for a preexisting infection and thought he was ready for adoption. When he unexpectedly started having seizures, our vet team stepped in to monitor and treat him. He is currently on medication that is helping with the severity of his seizures, but we are hoping to raise the funds to send him to see a veterinary neurologist for the best possible diagnosis and treatment plan.
Wolverine loves to run with our volunteers and to play with his canine friends. He teaches us all to appreciate every day that we are blessed with, despite any struggles we may face. We are determined to provide the best possible care for him and every other DAWG dog, no matter what it takes. Each dog we rescue gives us a chance to learn and grow as an organization.
