Maximus and Nemo's' Medical Fund

How precious is little Nemo?! He's a sweet 4 month old baby with an awful case of demodex (non-contagious) mange. We rescued Nemo  from a shelter in South Jersey and he's getting the treatment he needs and deserves!!!!
It's amazing that he holds no grudges considering how poorly he has been treated in his 4 months of life.   There are also many good humans out there that are treating him with the love and respect that he truly deserves. All that matters now is that he continues to heal, recover, and move on to a future  filled with happiness and ♥love . 

Maximus is an emaciated, anemic, badly injured bait puppy who was left for dead in a NC cemetery with over 50 badly infected bite wounds, 2 broken legs and covered in ticks. He was unable to stand or walk.

A nice family found him and begged for help. We stood up for Maximus and we need your help to save his life.  
He spent 5 days in our NC vet on an IV fighting for his life. When he first arrived, the vet suggested he be euthanized because of the extent of his injuries. We said no way! We've seen worse, Maximus is a baby & he will get a chance to live and know love!

After 5 days on an IV, Pilots n Paws flew Maximus from NC to NYC yesterday and he's now at out vet partner in Brooklyn.

Maximus is still fighting for his life. He's severely anemic and may need a blood transfusion. We are watching and waiting.  Xrays have confirmed that his front leg will have to be amputated. It is so badly swollen and the infection is already to his bone. We are hoping his back leg can be fixed and used, but he is currently not putting weight on it.

On top of his infection, anemia, possibly being septic and being covered in ticks, Maximus remains one of the sweetest puppies all involved have ever met. His transporters, pilot, medical staff, everyone, has fallen in love with this baby boy!!!
