Order your “Resilient. Innovative. Empowered.” t-shirt or hoodie and show your support for the Austin Community College Chapter of the American Association for Women in Community Colleges (ACC-AAWCC). Each purchase helps fund opportunities for women and allies at ACC to learn, lead, and grow.
25% of all proceeds go directly to the ACC-AAWCC Scholarship Fund, with the remainder supporting professional development programs, leadership events, and mentoring initiatives that empower our community.

Founded in 2023 by Dr. Monique Reeves, the ACC-AAWCC chapter began with a simple goal: to create a space where women—and all who support their success—could connect, learn, and lead.
In just two years, membership has grown to support ACC students and employees as members, reflecting the energy, innovation, and resilience of our ACC community.
Your purchase helps continue that story. Proceeds from this fundraiser will grow our new ACC-AAWCC Scholarship Fund and sustain programs that advance professional growth, confidence, and leadership at every level.
