About this campaign

​Hockey is a sport that needs water in order to function. On a ¨SURFACE¨ level, water is used for the ice and the zamboni in order to create a fresh surface. However, it is also much more than that. When thinking of a standard hockey game, you have to think about the people as well as what is needed in order to play. People need water to function, drink in order to keep up their energy, water to keep the lights on and for everything within this game and the world to flow smoothly. By reducing the amount of waste, Rink Redemption hopes to keep this game in play without putting a harmful strain on the environment. By getting people involved, it will spread awareness.
