About Sara: Sara is a two time childhood brain cancer survivor who is now battling breast cancer. If you've never met Sara, her positivity and pep radiate from the depths of her soul. Her glass is always half-full and she always sees the best in people. She would give you the shirt off of her back and drive across town in the middle of the night to give you a ride. After her own Make a Wish trip, Sara has dedicated her summers to helping other childhood campers see the beauty in life.

The shirt design: Sara is a senior at Floresville High School and a Social Officer of the Tigerettes Dance Team. She was instrumental in designing the team's "Giving Cancer the Boot" shirt for Pink Out her sophomore year. Two years later, it now represents her own battle. It has been revamped from a small homemade vinyl design to a cancer fundraiser in her honor.

Shirt Pick Up: For orders placed by September 6th: If you choose to have your purchase shipped to the campaign coordinators (Mellissa Aparicio / Missy Martinez,) we will be available outside Mata's Restaurant on Sunday, September 24, 2023 from 11am - 4pm for pick ups. Thank you!!
