Save the Marshall Family Home

Many years ago, Henry and Dorothy built a home, by hand, that would be a quiet place for them to retire--a place that reminded them of their childhood homes in the country.  We want to continue their legacy.  For those of you who ever had the pleasure to visit their house in South Jersey, you know it was much more than a house.  It was place where you always felt welcome.  It was full of love and good cooking.  You could always count on a nice warm bed to sleep in, hot grits on Sunday morning, vegetables from the garden and lots and lots of laughter.  Even though Henry and Dorothy are no longer with us, we believe they still want us to keep the spirit of their home alive and well.  Therefore, their granddaughters (Juanita, Catresa, Kendra and Afua) with the help of the rest of the family are working together to raise the money to restore the place we call home back to it's former glory.  But we need your help.  In buying a t-shirt, we hope that you will share in celebrating the woman of every household, the queen of every castle, but also know that the proceeds of each sale will go toward our goal to make much needed repairs and renovations to the Marshall family home.  You are also free to make a donation on this page.  Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated by us all.
