About this campaign

All proceeds will go to the Hennigs to help offset the costs they will incur on this journey.

Scott Hennig has been a minister at the Georgetown Church of Christ for 39 years. Scott is married to Sharon Hennig. They have two children, Sam Hennig and Stephanie Meyer. They have three grandchildren, Lacey, Levi, and Theo.The Hennig family’s first priority is to honor God in this journey.

February 9th - CT scan caught a glimpse of a very large tumor on the kidney - a pulmonologist immediately orders a biopsy and refers to oncologists.
February 11th - We ask that the elders anoint with oil and begin praying as a church family.
February 14th - A biopsy is taken
February 16th - Renal cancer. A name. It has a name. A terrifying name but one nonetheless.
February 21st - We decided to move forward with the immunotherapy clinical trial.
February 29th - First immunotherapy treatment.
