I am really struggling with wanting tofigure out what I can do to do my part. My (black andtan)dachshund was diagnosed with IVDD 2 years ago and it has been a roller coaster with him. In all my struggles I have been noticing more and more dogs at shelters with special needs. There are so many dogs out there that have special needs that don't always find the loving homes they deserve. I am so thankful to my baby that I would do whatever it takes for him. I want to give that back to another dog in need, who just needs a chance and someone to care about him. I have gotten 2 of my five dogs from thisno kill shelter. They have been close to shutting down, but recovered and are helping a lot of animalsPlease help out the cause for all those special needs dogs out there.
