About this campaign

This fundraiser will allow us to continue to support inpatient families at Vanderbilt through coffee stations and meal gift cards.

Team CHD Tennessee was started to support families impacted by congenital heart disease. We support families across different phases of living with CHD from diagnosis, to surgery, and living a normal life.
