St. George's Gingerbread 5k

When: Sunday, December 6th, 2020 until Sunday, December 13th, 2020.

Race course: Choose your own or use one of the suggested courses that will be emailed to you on December 6th. No need to record your time, just enjoy your run, walk or jog!

Awards: There are no awards this year but be sure to wear your Gingerbread 5k shirt and post pics. #gingerbread5k2020

Registration: Your participation is confirmed with the purchase of your shirt. The deadline to order is November 15th.

Details: Keeping in mind that the virtual race welcomes friends and family members of St. George's near and far to participate, you have the choice to pick up your shirt(s) on Sunday, December 6th or Sunday, December 13th between 10 am and 12 noon at church. For those that prefer to have the shirt(s) shipped directly to you, you will see that option in the order form (for a minimal shipping fee additional).

Donations: The Gingerbread 5k is a fundraiser to benefit St. George's Church in Middlebury, CT to off-set the funds that are usually raised in the annual Gingerbread Village which has been cancelled this year due to the pandemic. The proceeds of the sales of race shirts will go to the church and if you wish to make an additional donation, you can do so while purchasing your shirt. Additionally, the Gingerbread Fund has been established and more information is available at www.stgeorgesct.com.
