About this campaign
We hope that you were able to get out to do some walking/exercising/biking/poetry-creating...you name it--these past few weeks as we began our Mental Health Awareness Event /Fundraiser. Whether we are indoors or outdoors, when you wear your NAMI Champaign shirt, we will be together in spirit! --Showing our neon green Mental Health Awareness ribbon + our Event logo: #Strides Against Stigma!
Because we know that there are 'different strokes for different folks'--we've decided to include this specially designed logo with our own #StridesAgainstStigma Walk Event theme onto a group of styles of shirts WITHOUT the HISTORIC YEAR on them (We know that some of you would prefer that this year move along quickly!!).
So, check out this design—which includes our NAMI Champaign website address on it - on the variety of shirts we've chosen with top quality & great fabric for each —short sleeve t-shirts (men’s + women’s styles + Tall men's) + raglan sleeve tees + long sleeve tees + an awesome hoodie! With 6 different looks, there is sure to be a style to please everyone in your family!
As you may have noticed, you can make a purchase of one or more types/sizes of shirts + make a donation to NAMI Champaign OR just make a purchase OR only make a donation. We wanted this to be flexible for our supporters.
Either way, your purchase and/or donation is saying.... “I want to be a part of this!”....“I, too, believe there is a need for mental health education and support.”

NAMI's programs have helped me and others to learn more about some mental health concerns that are in our extended family.
Because U of I is awesome and so is NAMI! As U of I alum, I am proud of today's students working to support the integration of students with mental illness into the U of I student community. Everyone needs to speak up and support each other.
