About this campaign

The Berkeley High Black Student Union is a student club on campus dedicate to supporting the Black students at Berkeley High. The BSU's goals is to promote unity, leadership development, education, and dignity among the Black students at Berkeley High. Through this fundraiser we will attend conferences, host meetings and community events for our members.

In 1968, students successfully advocate at the school board to start the one of it's kind African American Studies Department at Berkeley High. This feat has not been achieved at any other high school. Since then, the BSU has dedicated themselves to supporting students in their social, leadership, and academic needs.
