COTA for Team Kelvin B Custom Mask Fundraiser

About this campaign

Kelvin is high school junior who received a stem cell transplant on May 30, 2018 due to his Sickle Beta-thalassemia disease. The transplant was successful, but due to complications, he is now in End Stage Renal Disease. Kelvin needs a kidney transplant.

The initially estimated cost of Kelvin's transplant exceeded $250,000, however due to a prolonged stay in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, the transplant related costs will be expenses is expected to double. To avoid financial devastation the family will need more funding for transplant related expenses.

The family has chosen to partner with the Children's Organ Transplant Association for help in organizing and raising funds. All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. 100% of all funds raised are used to cover transplant related expenses.
