I will be writing as Kehl Bayern and I will start an indie imprint called Takamahara to publish my science fiction, fantasy, and general fiction novels, novellas, and short stories using Amazon, Amazon CreateSpace, and SmashWords.com to distribute these books to all available channels around the globe.

This month I will be celebrating the release of my self-published science fiction book, Animus Proxy , and I am using this occasion to launch my own indie publishing imprint that will publish across all available platforms, utilizing the latest technology and exploring cutting-edge narrative and immersion through apps, music, podcasts, and a programmatic approach to the creation of science fiction and fantasy genre series that readers around the world will love.

Takamahara will be the name of the imprint and is translated from the Japanese into English as “heaven’s highest plain.” I hope to make Takamahara embody its namesake through the production and dissemination of genre fiction and literature of the highest quality, exploring topics and utilizing various forms to tell narratives that are transformative experiences for the reader. Understanding that this is a bold goal, I am asking for your help to raise money to edit, market, and publish the remaining fourteen books I have completed, a list of which is included below.

Your donation will be used for copy editing, content editing, cover design and illustration, book production, marketing, website design, doman hosting, and ISBN purchase - whatever it takes to bring a book to market. I will always utilize the most cost-efficient/best-practice methods in this pursuit so you can be assured your money will be well donated. I will be following a rapid schedule to bring 15 works to market within the next 12 months consisting of novels and novellas (a schedule of which is provided below).
