I have an addicted son and 3 recovering addicted children.
My son is presently in treatment and we pray continuously for his recovery and others. I will host an event in Alaska on September 16th for my first time.
For our son who is celebrating 6 months sober, for those still in active grips of this horrible disease and to remember those that we have known that are gone where the disease won. Prayers for all families who has been touched.
My family has been changed forever because of this disease. We need more hope for a future that accepts and readily offers quality rehabilitation. A future where addiction will no longer be common due to scientific breakthroughs.
I am a mom who lost her youngest child, age 30 years, in Feb. 2016 to an accidental heroin overdose. I am hosting my third LOH event this September.
