I have suffered from Tarlov Cyst Disease since 2009. I had surgery with Dr. F in march 2010; it was not successful. I am all about spreading the word about TCD.
This disease has changed my life in every way...physically and emotionally. I want to be a part of and do anything I can to make Tarlov cysts an illness that people know about and doctors care about.
I share the pain of this disease.
I have tarlov
I have been affected by this terrible disease. I had surgery with Dr F 3/2013.
For my years it turned my life upside down. Until I finally had surgery. I am slowly recovering. Others need to be educated about this disease.
I suffer w/TC at S2 & know how devasting TCs can be on both body & spirit I want others to become aware of this disease & its pervasive effects on the lives of TC sufferers. This is a fabulous way to get the word out-& help those suffering w/TCs
I've been unable to sit without pain for 2-1/2 years. Think of how much we sit: desk work, meals, meetings, travel, entertainment, church. Ten doctors unable to help. Persistent search finally revealed the cause. Hoping treatment gives my life back!
Have had pain in tailbone and foot for over a year. After months of tests they found a tarlov cyst. Pain specialist sent me to a neurosurgeon who said these cysts aren't painful. Sent me to PT.
I suffer from this rare, not well known disease as do many others. We need to get the word out about this life changing disease.
