About this campaign

Pat Tillman turned down a lucrative NFL contract to serve his country in the wake of 9/11/01.  He tragically lost his life on a deployment.  The Pat Tillman Foundation Military Scholarship Program provides scholarships for veterans and family members of veterans to attend school.

My junior year at Arizona State University I had the chance to read Where Men Find Glory: The Odyssey of Pat Tillman.  I was incredibly moved by someone who could be so selfless and turn away what many kids growing up dream about, an NFL contract, to go serve his country.  Touchdowns for Tillman is a philanthropic event my fraternity, Theta Chi, is hosting this fall at Arizona State University.  All funds raised through t-shirt sales and other donations are being donated directly to The Pat Tillman Foundation.  Thank you very much in advance!

When someone like Pat Tillman makes a decision to give up the good life to save the most valuable asset we have in America, "Freedom" We need to honor his decision and give back to his family for their sacrifice for our "freedom"
