Owen Parker was born to Brian and Allisonaround 6:00 pm on Sunday, February 23, 2014 in Atlanta, GA, and the next daywas taken by helicopter to the Egleston facility at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta where doctors told thefamily that he has a severe congenital heart defect,Shone's Complex. After a tough fight, at six weeks old he went to be with Jesus. During his short life he touched the lives of so many and his memory and legacy continues to bless so many lives.
