About this campaign

Ted Schrubbe faced brain cancer the way he lived his life—bravely, humbly, and with his signature sense of humor.

When life threw its biggest challenge his way, Ted's go-to motto was: “Whatcha gonna do?” We carry that spirit with us as Team Ted. And we invite you to join us.

What are WE gonna do? We’re going to keep showing up. We’re going to fight for better treatments. We’re going to support Darcie, Colette, and Arabelle. We’re going to run, ride, and live the way Ted did—full of grit, heart, and quiet strength.

This shirt is more than a tribute. It’s a promise to live like Ted lived. Let's GO!

Whether you are participating in the June 1, "Strain for The Brain" run/walk, or if you just want to strut your support from the couch, we encourage you to pick up a Team Ted shirt!

Orders can be picked up locally in Elm Grove starting May 15, or you may pay to have them shipped directly to your home. Proceeds will be added to the EdVest College Savings accounts that Darcie and Ted set up for Colette and Arabelle.

We love Ted, Darcie, Colette and Arabelle. Ted was an amazing brother-in-law and uncle. I couldn't have wished for a better husband for my sister. We miss you so much Ted and we will keep you alive in our memories and our hearts.
