Team Timberwolves

Team Timberwolves was started in honor of Timberlin S. Nuñez. Timberlin is 20 years old, a soon to be college graduate, musician, and social justice spoken word artist. Timberlin was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2014, but has continuously been on treatments and medication since she was was 15 years old due to the conditions the brain tumor caused. Timberlin is fiercely committed to giving back to her community every year she hosts a team for the Long Island National Brain Tumor Walk, an annual event called Helping Hands for the Homeless, as well as her help with domestic violence shelters, and her fight for human rights in her work as a social justice spoken word artist. Team Timberwolves would like to honor Timberlin for her generous heart and continue to give back.
