Out Run Rett with GP2C and Disney's Princess Half Marathon Weekend

Rett Syndrome is a genetic (not inherited) neurologic disorder (affects the brain, so it affects everything) primarily seen in girls (but boys have it, too). This year I'm running in the Disney Princess Half Marathon weekend with Girl Power 2 Cure, a non-profit organization that is helping to raise awareness and find a cure for Rett Syndrome. Please consider purchasing a shirt (or more) to help us fight this disease and educate others about our pRETTy girls (and boys) affected by Rett Syndrome.

I'm not a runner, I was never a runner, but when we got Charlie's diagnosis and realized that she may never walk, much less run, I knew I had to do it for her. I am her voice, she is my heart. I am her feet, she is my strength. I am her wings, but she is my angel. This year, like last, I am running the Disney Princess half marathon in February. But unlike last year, this year I am running with the Girl Power 2 Cure team and raising money for Rett Syndrome research and education. We all would like a cure, and with your help and the purchase of one of these t-shirts, we can help raise awareness and funds to find one.
