Team ECPC CHD Heart Walk

1 in 100 children are born each year with a congenital heart defect, our beautiful Isa Renee is one of them. She will be 4yrs old on July 29th and to date has had 3 heart surgeries, 1 diaphragm surgery and is scheduled for her 8th heart cath at the end of April. Isa is a laid back, sweet, smart, (and at times) sassy little girl all rolled up into a tiny beautiful package. She loves school, playing on the swing, being outside, playing with her sisters, cuddling with mama and daddy and eating all of the marshmallows out of the Lucky Charms! She has a wise old soul behind those deep, dark brown eyes and will melt your heart with a grin. With all that Isa has gone through, she has shown more strength than any grown up we know. Isahas taught us what love, family, commitment, sacrifice and strength truly mean. She has made our marriage, family and relationships with each other and our children, stronger and more deeply connected than we knew possible. In a word she is amazing. We know for certain that Isa is destined to do many great things and have a long happy life. We are truly blessed to be her parents and so thankful that we get to help guide her along in her journey.
