Roger’s Medical Bill Fund

This is something that I am writing with tears in my eyes and thought I would never have to do.

Roger is a loving husband, father of two grown daughters and Papa to a 4 year old grandson.

He is a wonderful friend to all. He is the sole provider of the family. His wife worked for years at Kmart but lost her job due to the store closings and is unable to work at this time because of caring for her husband

Roger started having headaches about a month ago and the Dr. assumed that it was because of his sugar being high and not being regulated. About 2 weeks ago his headaches were so bad that it was affecting his vision so his wife took him to the emergency room. They did a CAT scan and found that he had swelling in his brain. He was taken to Dayton for treatment. They did an MRI and found a brain tumor a Glioblastoma and did 8 hour surgery to remove some of the tumor. He is looking at 30 radiation treatments that will be 5 days a week and will last for 6 weeks and will be done in Dayton after that he will do chemo treatments because of this he will be unable to work. This fund will be used for co-pays of doctor visits, prescriptions, treatment co-pays and travel out of town for treatments.

We still feel blessed to have such a loving family and wonderful friends. We will never give up hope or lose our faith in God.
