About this campaign

Nevaeh is my niece who recently was in a horrific accident. She has received 3rd degree burns over 70% of her body. She currently is in the care of The Shriner's Hospital in Boston. Her parents have made the decision to stand by her side until she is able to come home. All funds raised here will go towards making sure that is possible for them to be there with her throughout her entire stay.

Nevaeh was at church camp when a demonstration went tragically wrong. It resulted in Nevaeh receiving 3rd degree burns over 70% of her body. My niece is 10 years old. She is so young, so vibrant, and so full of life. Even in her current conditions her spirit is strong and un-wavering. All her family, and friends know that she will make it through this, and she will surprise everybody with how fast she does it. I chose the design with the recognizable Superman Logo "S", because to me, she has the super-human strength, and she is tough. She doesn't even realize how many people are pulling their strength from her as she goes through this. My little fighter, my Sweet Tater.

My daughter is 9 and has been asking about her since this happened. We attend Rock Bluff Assembly of God in Bristol, Fl and my son is attending camp in Marianna this week.
