About this campaign
Our daughter Teagan has a brain malformation called Holoprosencephaly or HPE. (Ho•lo•pros•en•ceph•a•ly \ho-lo-PROS-en-sef-a-le.) Only 3% live to birth and ONLY 1% live beyond 6 months of age. We want to spread awareness on her condition. Please help us by buying your shirt and wearing it! When people see it and ask, you can share Teagans story with them! For the last 6 years we have had Hope anchoring our soul, keeping us faithful and believing in God's bigger and perfect plan. We want to bring awareness to HPE.
