About this campaign

The fundraiser will raise funds for the feature film, allowing all of cast and crew to be paid while also having some funds left for marketing and submitting to film festivals.

A chronically and mentally unwell disabled woman is thrown into a murder mystery when she begins to unravel after discovering that her husband’s mistress was found dead.

Not only does the feature film, THE WOMAN WHO KNOWS, entertains with drama and suspense, it shines light on the chronic illness that is fibromyalgia and also mental health with hopes that audiences see this film and walk out with more compassion and understanding for those who are disabled or struggle with their mental health.




Indie films can succeed and launch careers, and THE WOMAN WHO KNOWS is no different. Indie films like Creep launched the career of filmmaker and actor Mark Duplass. The movie, Sling Blade, launched the career of Billy Bob Thornton. Now the new horror film, Obsession, has launched the career of Curry Barker.
