About this campaign

James was diagnosed with autism 10 years ago. It seems crazy to say that out loud and see it in writing! Within the months following his diagnosis, we formed his team and participated in our first Autism Speaks Walk. This October will be our tenth walk as a family and a team and we are so happy and touched that this tradition is reaching such a big milestone.

James continues to make excellent progress thanks to the dedication and support of some amazing teachers, therapists, counselors, and support staff along his journey. We are keeping the tradition alive each year by coming together and walking in support of James and so many other children and adults with autism.
