ReelSage LLC makes films for the underdogs. The stories history ignored.

THE LAST COPPER RUN is one of those stories.

During Prohibition, the federal government didn't just outlaw alcohol—they poisoned it. The denaturing program killed over 10,000 Americans. And in Appalachia, families who'd been making whiskey for generations became criminals overnight.

Our protagonist is a young woman caught in the middle. Pregnant. Her fiancé dead from the government poisoning. Her father murdered by federal agents. 50 pounds of copper on her back—four generations of her family's legacy. 60 miles of mountain between her and survival. 48 hours before the men hunting her close in.
