This didn’t start as an idea. It started as something I lived through… and something I kept seeing over and over again. I’ve seen what it looks like when people are trying to survive with nothing but hope and effort—but no real structure to move forward. I’ve seen people who aren’t lazy, who aren’t giving up… but still can’t seem to break out of the cycle they’re in. And I’ve seen how easy it is for people to be overlooked, misunderstood, or judged without anyone really taking the time to understand what they’re going through. That stayed with me. Because the truth is, most people don’t need to be saved. They just need a real opportunity and a system that actually works. That’s where the L.O.V Project came from. I didn’t want to create another program that just gives temporary relief. I wanted to build something that helps people stand on their own. Something that gives people structure, direction, and a real path forward. The L.O.V Project is built on one belief: no handouts, only a hand up. It’s a system where people earn opportunities through service, consistency, and growth. Where effort actually leads somewhere. Where people can access things like food, clothing, housing support, and transportation—but also build confidence, discipline, and independence. This is about restoring dignity. This is about giving people a way to rebuild their lives without feeling like they’re just receiving help—but actually earning their progress. And I’m not building this from the outside looking in. I’m building this from understanding what it feels like to need something better and not have it available. That’s why this matters to me. That’s why I’m committed to making this work.
