About this campaign
What is American Cancer Society Denim Day®? The American Cancer Society Denim Day® brings people together nationally to help free the world from the pain and suffering of breast cancer. Tamanend staff members donate money to wear jeans to work on Friday, 10/4/19. This day also marks our annual TMS PINK OUT. We invite all of our students to join us in wearing pink or purchasing a TMS Denim Day shirt. Money raised from this t-shirt sale will support the American Cancer Society’s mission to save lives from breast cancer. Since Denim Day began in 1996, participants have raised more than $95 million to help save lives from breast cancer. Donations will help the American Cancer Society fund groundbreaking breast cancer research; provide free, comprehensive information and support to those touched by breast cancer; and help people take steps to reduce their breast cancer risk or find it early when it's most treatable. ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 9/11. Wear your jeans and your PINK proudly on Friday, October 4th. Thank you! Please contact Mrs. Lisa Mancini (lmancini@cbsd.org) with any questions. PLEASE NOTE: THIS SHIRT IS THE SAME AS THE 2018 TMS DENIM DAY SHIRT.

My grandmother had breast cancer and passed away nearly 20 years ago. Unfortunately, I have never met her, but I was named after her, and would like to honor her memory by donating to the cancer research fund.
My grandmother is in treatment for cancer right now and my other grandmother is in remission. And my grandfather had cancer too.
