About this campaign

I was shot nine times in a murder suicide rampage while helping someone I didn't know move from a bad relationship. I lost my brother and my uncle there too. It's been 13 years and I have gained too much weight. I now weight 320 lbs. I have diabetes,hypertension, and heart problems. I am begging for help because other methods have not worked. Please help!
