About this campaign

This fundraiser will help raise funds for the Troy Police Cadet Post #4102. These funds will be used to buy the post new equipment, uniforms, and help pay for the cadets to go to Academy and other competitions/events.

Troy Police Cadet Post Number 4102 program is a non-profit 501c3 organization founded in the summer of 2011 by Detective Sergeant Randy French and Police Officer Robert Gaudette.

The program offers young people who are interested in law enforcement an opportunity to further their knowledge and understanding of law enforcement.

The Cadet Post meets the first and third Wednesday of every month at various locations throughout the City of Troy.

At the meetings, the Advisors and guest instructors teach police-related topics using both classroom instruction and hands-on activities. After a 4 month probationary period, the Cadet may join trained advisors on ride-a-long tours of duty where the Cadets will observe actual police calls.
