Junior's Journey with Microcephaly

On Friday Aug. 29th 2014 we found out that our baby girl Leslie Raquel Longoria was diagnosed with Microcephaly, What is Microcephaly? It is an abnormal smallness of the head, a congenital condition associated with incomplete brain development. When my HusbandManuel Longoriaand ILeslie Velafound out we had mix emotions we didn't know what to do or think. This condition has no cure, has no medicine to treat it all we can do is wait and see her progress. We do have her in therapy with ECI it's a statewide program for families with children, birth to three, with disabilities and developmental delays. So far she is doing great which puts HOPE in our hearts. We would love for our loved ones, our family, our friends to show their support for our baby girl Jr. and every other child in the world that have this condition. Small is Beautiful ♥
