About this campaign

Raising awareness about holoprosencephaly and supporting the ONLY support organization in the world for the families touched by holoprosecephaly. https://FamiliesforHoPE.org

Families touched by holoprosencephaly (HPE) support each other through various means. Because these children are so unique, many do not understand the daily struggles. The theme of this shirt modeled after the show "Friends" is to remind everyone that there is always someone to support you. The back lists all the children we have in our database that are either fetus, born, or passed but had some form of HPE.
