Unlock Higher Ed Coalition is partnering with the Law Enforcement Leaders to Reduce Crime and Incarceration on a two day advocacy event in Washington D.C. on September 17th-18th to educate lawmakers on access to higher education for those with criminal convictions. Unlock Higher Ed is to flying in formerly incarcerated leaders from 13 target states to meet with correctional administrators and legislators.
